We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we could tell that the housekeeping staff took great care in keeping our room spotless. The breakfast provided had a good variety of options and was delicious. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient for us, with easy access to the city center and public transportation.

The surrounding trees were very beautiful during our romantic escape at this hotel. the hotel's location provided us with easy access to hiking trails and scenic views. We also enjoyed the private hot spring bath in our room.
The breakfast was not enjoyable due to the cold food and watery coffee. Our room lacked heat even though it was very cold outside.

The breakfast could have been better maintained, with cold food not properly heated and coffee served in a watered down state. The private and public hot springs were not hot enough for a truly relaxing experience, and the cleanliness of dishes in the restaurant left a lot to be desired.

This hotel is surrounded by trees, which creates a serene and relaxing environment. the rooms are decent and clean, though they lack warmth. the breakfast had a good variety, but should have been served hot. the staff was generally friendly and helpful, despite discrepancies with the slipper policy. the hot spring baths were definitely a plus, although they weren't always hot enough. the location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the local area.
Some of the dishes at the hotel restaurant were not properly cleaned.

The hot springs were relaxing. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was beautiful.
No major complaints.
